YOGA-with Alexandra Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00pm-7:45pm
Looking for a workout program that's easy to learn, requires little or no equipment, and soothes your soul while toning your body? Come to lunch time yoga and relieve the stresses of the day. This class is a great way to stretch and tone your body with less stress on your body. Classes are held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
ZUMBA-with Rachael Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:00pm, Sundays 12:00pm-1:00pm
Zumba class includes high energy fitness exercise matched to pulsating music. Its the best way to lose weight, have fun, and improve your dance moves! Classes will be held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
Cardio Kickboxing-with Zara Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
Stay in shape with kickboxing/strength-conditioning. It's a sure way to speed up your heart rate while having fun, toning your body, and getting in the best shape of your life. You will improve your health and have a physically fit body by getting into kick-boxing workout routines. Classes will be held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
POUND-with Rachel Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00pm-7:45pm
Drum your way through the hour! This class will help you imrpove coordination, timing, and rhythm as you use Ripstix to drum to your favorite music. Not only that you will burn calories, sculpts and strengthens your muscles, and improves cardio and stability. Classes will be held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
Body Sculpt-with Zara Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00pm-6:00pm
Sculpt your body with this class! Target major muscle groups including the core, as you will brun fat and calories using body weight, dumbbells and other equipment. Get ready to be toned and defined! Classes will be held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
Step Aerobics-with Alexandra Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm-7:00pm
Step into shape with step aerobics! Burn fat and improve your performance and agility. You'll challenge your mind and body with this fast paced workout, incorporating a variety of exciting step routines designed to burning fat. Classes will be held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
30 Minute Scorch-with James Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:00pm
Don't have time to work out? Your excuse is no longer valid. This 30-minute class will boost your metabolism, allowing you to burn fat up to 48 hours post exercise. A high intensity class you do not want to miss! You will be performing various types of fitness activities, such as running intervals, aerobic exercises, insanity-type workouts, and many more. Classes will be held in Whiteman Hall Lounge.
MARTIAL ARTS --- TBA
Systema is easy to learn, very effective and the most FUN you will ever have in a martial arts class. Defend yourself in any situation. No techniques to memorize. Systema is a martial art based on natural bio-mechanics principles.

The dance class is going to be Salsa for beginners and advanced beginners. The class will cover the basic step to salsa with a combination of various turn patterns.
