ATTENTION: DUE TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS THURSDAY FEBRUARY 25TH THE FITNESS CENTER WILL BE CLOSED AT 3PM NEW ADDITIONS: Zumba Class on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm Start date is February 2nd. FIT TO BE KEAN:Walk or run around the indoor track and voluntary (private) weigh-in and nutrition guidance, will start Wed September 24th and will be held in the Harwood Arena indoor running track from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm *** Gym availability based on athletic teams use of the facility*** Open Gym- Harwood Arena Monday thru Thursday 12 PM-2 PM & 7PM-9 PM Friday CLOSED (due to practices) Saturday CLOSED (due to games) Sunday4 pm - 10 pm We want to hear from you!
