ATTENTION: DUE TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS THURSDAY FEBRUARY 25TH THE FITNESS CENTER WILL BE CLOSED AT 3PM

NEW ADDITIONS:

Zumba Class on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm Start date is February 2nd.

Lunch time yoga Monday and Wednesday 12-1pm

Salsa Class on Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm

Martial Arts Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm

Kickboxing Tuesday and Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm

 All classes are FREE to faculty/staff NO guests allowed classes are held in either D'Angola small gym or D'Angola human performance lab

Fitness Center New Weekend Hours: Fitness Center is now open on Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm

Attention All Alumni:  Kean University is now offering memberships to all alumni.  For more information click here.

Spring Semester (2010):  Intramural games are now starting and we still need more team participation. Sign up using the team entry form!

FIT TO BE KEAN:Walk or run around the indoor track and voluntary (private) weigh-in and nutrition guidance, will start Wed September 24th and will be held in the Harwood Arena indoor running track from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
