New Addition: All Classes are FREE to faculty/staff NO guests allowed and Start First week in February

ZUMBA

Zumba class includes high energy fitness exercise matched to pulsating music. It's the best way to lose weight, have fun , and improve your dance moves! Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm in D'Angola Rm. D170 or D'Angola small gym if size of class is too large.

KICKBOXING

Stay in shape with kickboxing/strength-conditioning.  It's a sure way to speed up your heart rate while having fun, toning your body, and getting in the best shape of your life.  You will improve your health and have a physically fit body by getting into kick-boxing workout routines. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm in D'Angola Rm. D170

MARTIAL ARTS

Systema is easy to learn, very effective and the most FUN you will ever have in a martial arts class. Defend yourself in any situation. No techniques to memorize. Systema is a martial art based on natural bio-mechanics principles. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm in D'Angola Rm. D170

SALSA

The dance class is going to be Salsa for beginners and advanced beginners. The class will cover the basic step to salsa with a combination of various turn patterns.  The classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p. m. in room 170.  This class is free of charge and anyone can join them. 

LUNCH TIME YOGA

Looking for a workout program that's easy to learn, requires little or no equipment, and soothes your soul while toning your body? Come to lunch time yoga and relive the stresses of the day. This class is a great way to stretch and tone your body with less stress on your body. Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 12-1pm in D'Angola Human Performance Lab D170.

Softball Tournament - Starting April 11th and 12th  (entry due April 1st)

5K race - April 28th  (entry due April 26th)

Fitness Center New Weekend Hours: Fitness Center is now open on Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm

Spring Semester (2010):  Intramural games are now starting and we still need more team participation. Sign up using the team entry form!

FIT TO BE KEAN:Walk or run around the indoor track and voluntary (private) weigh-in and nutrition guidance, will start Wed September 24th and will be held in the Harwood Arena indoor running track from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
