It's the best way to lose weight, have fun, and improve your dance moves! Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 6-7pm in D'Angola Rm. D170 or D'Angola small gym, if size of class is too large. LUNCH TIME YOGA With Florie (Tuesdays and Thursdays
12-1pm) Yoga with Joanna (Mondays 3-4pm and Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm) Looking for a workout program that's easy to learn, requires little or no equipment, and soothes your soul while toning your body? Come to lunch time yoga and relive the stresses of the day. This class is a great way to stretch and tone your body with less stress on your body. Classes are held in D'Angola Human Performance Lab D170. Fit to Be Kean (Thursdays 3:30-4:30 Starting Spring 2012 TBA) This is a class that promotes healthy living and provides fun exercise programs. Its educational and fun all at the same time. ________________________________________________________________ KICKBOXING TBA) Stay in shape with kickboxing/strength-conditioning. It's a sure way to speed up your heart rate while having fun, toning your body, and getting in the best shape of your life. You will improve your health and have a physically fit body by getting into kick-boxing workout routines. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm in D'Angola Rm. D170 MARTIAL ARTS (TBA) Systema is easy to learn, very effective and the most FUN you will ever have in a martial arts class. Defend yourself in any situation. No techniques to memorize. Systema is a martial art based on natural bio-mechanics principles. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm in D'Angola Rm. D170 SALSA (TBA) The dance class is going to be Salsa for beginners and advanced beginners. The class will cover the basic step to salsa with a combination of various turn patterns. The classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p. m. in room 170. This class is free of charge and anyone can join them.
